Refund policy

Our return policy is clear and simple. We will make the best effort to facilitate a replacement product or refund. Please submit a return request by filling out the form on our contact page and providing your order number. Please note a few conditions:

Made to order items:

• Made to order items such as vanities cannot be returned if manufacturing has already begun. If you reach out within 1 business day of placing an order and manufacturing has not begun there is a chance your order can be refunded. This will be determined based on a response from the supplier.

Goods that have not been delivered:

• If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order the return fee will not apply.

• If you change your mind after 24 hours but your goods have not been shipped a $25 change fee applies.

• The refund is processed post inspection and acceptance of the return by our warehouse team.

Goods that have been delivered:

• If your goods have been delivered but are still boxed and not open in the condition you received them, you may return them within 30 days for;

• a refund minus the original shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee which is calculated as: cost of original item x 0.15 (e.g. $1,000 x 0.15 = $150 restocking fee).

• Why do we charge a restocking fee?

• This fee is passed onto us by the supplier which they charge to process and restock the returned item into their warehouse. 

• You are required to cover the cost of shipping the item either back to our warehouse or the supplier.

• The refund is processed post inspection and acceptance of the return by our warehouse team.

Goods and packaging must be in the original condition. We cannot accept goods that do not have their original packaging or the packaging is damaged which includes the delivery skid or pallet. Please be advised all return items are inspected upon return to ensure the item and packaging is in original condition. If the item or packaging fails this inspection process, the cost of the return freight must be paid by the customer and the item will be returned to them.
