Refund policy

We understand that plans can change. If you would like to request a return, please submit a return request via our contact page and provide your order number.

All returns are subject to the conditions below and the supplier's applicable terms and conditions.

 

Change of mind returns

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Goods must be unused, unmarked, unbroken and in saleable condition.
• Goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Original proof of purchase must be provided.
• Goods must match the suppliers current batch/shade.

 

Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, is non-transferable and can be redeemed against future purchases with Yeomans.

All approved change-of-mind returns are subject to any applicable supplier restocking or handling fees. The customer is also responsible for all freight charges associated with the return, including any freight costs incurred by Yeomans to return the goods to the relevant supplier.

For tiles, timber and stone sold by the square metre or in full boxes, a minimum of 3 full boxes is required for a return.

Returns of 10 boxes or more may be considered for a refund rather than store credit on a case-by-case basis, provided all return conditions are met. Approval is at Yeomans' discretion.

Items that cannot be returned

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

• Custom or made-to-order products.
• Special-order or indent products.
• Clearance products.
• Specially discounted products.
• Goods that have been installed, used, damaged or altered.
• Goods without their original packaging or where the packaging is damaged.
• Goods that are not in a saleable condition.

Cancellations before delivery

If you wish to cancel or change an order before it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation or change-of-mind requests are subject to the status of your order and the relevant supplier's terms and conditions. Where an order can be cancelled, any applicable supplier restocking or handling fees and freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Custom, made-to-order, indent and special-order products generally cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier or manufacturing has commenced.

Returning goods

Goods must not be returned until return approval has been received from Yeomans.

Once a return has been approved, it is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to our Thomastown warehouse.

Following receipt and approval of the returned goods, where the goods are required to be returned to the supplier, the customer will be responsible for the freight charges incurred in sending the goods from Yeomans back to the supplier, as well as any applicable supplier restocking or handling fees.

All returned goods will be inspected before the return is finalised. Goods and their packaging must be received in their original, saleable condition.

Yeomans reserves the right to refuse a return where the goods do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please inspect all goods before installation and contact us as soon as possible if you believe an item is faulty, damaged or has been supplied incorrectly.

Installation constitutes acceptance of visible aspects of the goods, including quality, shade and visible defects.

Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, those rights apply regardless of the change-of-mind conditions outlined above.
