Initial Consultation
During our initial 60 minute in-home consultation, we take the time to connect with you, listen to your ideas, and gain insights into your preferences for your current space.
We are eager to hear all your thoughts to ensure we fully understand your needs and those of your family. Your space will be measured and photographed, which will provide us with a solid foundation to develop a vision for your new space. With this vision in place, we can get to work and start creating your new design concept.
Concept Design and Presentation
After discussing your preferences, we bring together the overall concept for your space. Rather than dive immediately into full-scale design, we evaluate the space and present you with a return brief, digital concept board that represents the look and feel you’re after.
Design Development
Once you are ready to proceed, the next stage is an in-store 90-minute design consultation. During this exciting phase, we will guide you through the product selection process, bringing your vision to life with a material concept and prepare a quote.
We will assist you in choosing the perfect products that match your new design, including tiles, vanity styles, tapware, and any flooring.
Design and Quote Catch-Up
This 30 minute design and quote catch-up meeting serves as a crucial checkpoint to ensure your expectations align with the proposed design and budget, creating a solid foundation for a successful renovation or design project.
