Can I return or exchange items purchased during Black Friday sales?

• All fittings, fixtures and accessories incur a 20% handling/restocking fee, plus freight charge back to the supplier. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging, in good resalable condition, and with the supplier's approval.

• Tile returns: Tiles purchased during the Yeomans Black Friday sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• No returns are available for custom made products.
