After discussing your preferences, we bring together the overall concept for your space. Rather than dive immediately into full-scale design, we evaluate the space and present you with a return brief, digital concept board that represents the look and feel you’re after.

Once you are ready to proceed, the next stage is an in-store 90-minute design consultation. During this exciting phase, we will guide you through the product selection process, bringing your vision to life with a material concept and prepare a quote.

We will assist you in choosing the perfect products that match your new design, including tiles, vanity styles, tapware, and any flooring.

This 30 minute design and quote catch-up meeting serves as a crucial checkpoint to ensure your expectations align with the proposed design and budget, creating a solid foundation for a successful renovation or design project.

Rather than dive immediately into full-scale design, we evaluate your space, develop preliminary layouts, and present you with a return brief per room, digital concept boards that represents the look and feel you’re after. Plus a 3D floor plan if required. Alternatively, we provide detailed annotations for product placement.
